We want you to be happy with your Strapbridge order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. The item must be in resalable condition.
How to start a return
- Email hello@strapbridge.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
- We'll send you return instructions and a pickup/drop-off option.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we cover return shipping and will replace it or refund you in full — just contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges
Want a different colour or size? The fastest way is to start a return for the original item and place a new order.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional business days for the funds to appear after we process the refund.
