We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or sizing issues once an order has been placed.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, or if we have sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the issue for assessment. If the fault is confirmed to be caused by us, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
